Flat sheets, fitted sheets, face cradle covers, hand towels, body towels, hot towels, bolster covers, robes, uniforms. If a client lies on it, sits in it, or wears it during a treatment, it goes in the load.

Oil-stained and lotion-treated linens need a properly-run wash to actually clean rather than just rinse — and the stronger detergent we use plus oxy bleach on request handles oil and lotion better than the standard cold-cycle domestic wash most clinics fall back on. We don't claim to meet any clinical standard or guarantee stain removal — we'll tell you upfront if something isn't going to come out.

Between-client turnaround is tight. Therapists running washing in the back room are therapists not treating, not greeting, not booking the next appointment. The maths almost always works out in favour of outsourcing once you cost the therapist time honestly.

Linen lifespan is the second reason. Commercial-grade washing extends treatment-linen life meaningfully — towels stay soft and absorbent instead of stiffening up from oil residue. You replace linen less often, which usually pays for the laundry service on its own.

Most clinics book weekly or twice-weekly pickup. Sole-traders running from home book the same per-load pricing — no commercial minimum, no household premium.
