Heavily-stained kitchen rags and aprons need standard wash cycles with stronger detergent and proper our fragrance-free sensitive-skin detergent (with oxy bleach added on request)s. We use both. Cold-water domestic cycles leave grease film that builds up over time and turns whites yellow — proper our wash cycles avoid that and extend the linen's working life.

Most cafes and restaurants we work with started by running washing in the back room on a domestic machine. The breaking point is usually one of three things: the machine breaking down under hospitality-volume load (they're not built for daily commercial use); the smell that builds up in heavily-stained kitchen rags after months of cold-cycle washing; or the front-of-house staff member who's supposed to be at the till being three minutes late because they're folding tea towels.

Outsourcing converts the laundry pile into a scheduled pickup. The bar mops arrive folded. The tea towels arrive folded. The aprons arrive on hangers if you want them that way. Your staff stays at the front, your kitchen stays stocked, and nobody at table 4 notices a thing.

Same per-load rate as our other commercial segments. $60 + GST flat for the first 2 loads, $25 + GST per additional. One load is up to 5kg.
