Your ten-year-old appears at the kitchen door holding a muddy soccer jersey. "I have a game tomorrow morning. Mum said you'd wash it." Game's at 8am. Washing machine is already full of Tuesday's load nobody hung out, which now smells slightly damp because it sat there all day.
You can stay up until 10:30pm rewashing and hanging it on the line in the dark. You can wash it at 6am tomorrow but it won't be dry by 8. You can hand-wash the jersey alone in cold water and pray it dries on the heater overnight. None of these are the evening you wanted.

Same per-load pricing as commercial customers — no household premium. Most households we work with run 5 loads weekly when you add up uniforms, kids' clothing, sports kit, sheets, bath towels and hand towels — that's $135 ex-GST with the automatic 5% volume discount applied, landing at $128.25 ex + GST = $141.08 inc per pickup (saves you about $7.40 a week vs no discount). Smaller households (singles, couples) often sit at 2-3 loads ($66-$93.50 inc). Big after-holiday catch-up weeks can run 6-7 loads and trigger the 5% discount automatically.
Book on the home page. First 2 loads is a flat $60 + GST. Each additional load $25 + GST. One load is up to 5kg.
