The volume coming out of a 50-member HIIT class twice a day is real, and domestic machines burn out fast against it. We size the pickup to your class schedule and lock in the slot, so towel restock is just on the shelf when you walk in. Pilates and yoga studios run lighter — weekly or twice-weekly on hand towels, mat covers and bolster props.
Sandgate Road salons book a regular Tuesday or Friday pickup for capes, towels and gowns. Apartment residents along the corridor leave the bag at the lobby and have it back the next day.
